Supervised internal Workplace Planning and Construction team (staff of 5 direct reports), responsible for planning, decision making, and oversight of all aspects of internal workplace design and construction.
Led the transformation of obsolete workplace standards and implemented a new dynamic strategy that heavily emphasized technology and open collaboration. Responsible for establishing all IT, A/V, and furniture contracts related to the new scheme, along with creating its capital budget and apprising executive leadership along the way.  Provided guidance regarding associated Change Management.

Managed all transactions pertaining to subtenant occupancy of Medford, MA satellite facility (127,000 RSF), including development of occupancy plans, delivery of the constructed premises to multiple tenants consistent with the terms of the governing documents, and financial tracking of the relevant subtenant agreements.  Provided regular reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Support Services.
Successfully executed all assigned capital and construction projects, ensuring regulatory and code compliance with respect to design and implementation. Employed and coordinated external architects, engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors, serving as primary owner representation.
